Janet Smith—Director, General Manager.
In charge of Marketing and Finance as well as General Office Management, Janet brings over 15 years of Professional Purchasing experience and 3rd year CGA expertise to the internal processes that govern GCS Tech.· Her proudest achievement is the implementation and enforcement of acronym and initial free communication throughout GCS Tech, ensuring all technicians and salespersons can be understood by the average computer user.

Robert Knott—Computer Engineer
Whether its software or hardware advice you need, Rob can help. With experience in software development, system building, troubleshooting, web design and teaching, Rob is an integral part of the GCS Team. Certifications include A+ * CNA * MOUS * Network+ * as well as Computer Science, Computer Programming and Systems Analysis Diplomas.

James Park - Technician

James is an A+, MCTS, MCSA certified technician. He also has an university degree in Electronic Engineering. He has worked as a computer technician as well as hardware, software developer in IT industry over 10 years. His aim is to make customers happy with providing expert and friendly service.
